Apart from Carabeillo Junior Sea View Suite which is accessed from the ground floor, the remainder of our accommodation is situated on two upper floors – there is no lift in the hotel.

A credit card is required at the time of booking.

The guest must pay 10% of the total reservation amount for confirmation; the remainder will be paid upon arrival at the hotel.

For cancellations received before 28 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total deposit will be refunded.

For cancellations received after 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.

For cancellations received 7 days prior to booking, 40% of the stay will be charged, and the deposit will not be refunded.

For cancellations received 48 hours prior to booking, 100% of the stay will be charged.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the stay.
