Reservations Policy

A Credit Card deposit is required at the time of booking.

The client must pay 10% of the total reservation for confirmation, the rest will be paid upon arrival at the hotel.

Cancellations received before 28 days prior to the day of arrival, we will refund 50% of the total deposit previously collected.

Cancellations received after 28 days prior to the day of arrival, there will be no refund of the deposit collected.

Cancellations received 48 hours before the reservation are charged 100% of the stay.

If the client does not show up, 100% of the stay is charged.
