CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

1. General Provisions

Persons accessing this hotel establishment shall comply with these Regulations, provided they do not contravene Law 13/2011, of December 23, on Tourism, Decree-Law 13/2020, of May 18, on hotel establishments, and other applicable Rules and Regulations.

2. Access, admission, and stay in the establishment

This hotel establishment is for public use and free access, with no restrictions other than those derived from the legal provisions and these regulations.

Admission to and stay in this establishment will only be denied for the following reasons:
a) Lack of accommodation capacity or facilities
b) Failure to comply with the admission requirements established in these regulations
c) Conduct that may cause danger or inconvenience to other people or users, or hinder the normal conduct of business
d) Access to the hotel's private areas without prior registration or not being a guest.

When the aforementioned circumstances occur, or when people incur one or more of the restrictions listed above, the establishment's staff may require them to leave the establishment, after payment, where applicable, of any outstanding bills for services and consumption.

If necessary, security forces will be requested, in accordance with Article 36 of the Tourism Law and Article 25 of the Hotel Management Decree-Law. It is expressly stated that free access to the facilities, services, and accommodations of this hotel establishment will not be denied or restricted to persons who so desire, for reasons of sex, disability, with or without a guide dog, religion, opinion, or any other personal or social circumstance.

The private areas of the hotel are understood to be: the rooms and their corresponding hallways and rest areas, the gym, the pool area and its facilities, the solarium, and the pool bar area.

3. Check-in and admission document

Any person or persons wishing to use the accommodation units, common facilities, and, where applicable, the complementary services detailed in these Regulations, must present their identification documents for admission and registration in the establishment's registry. Once the person or persons have registered, this establishment will issue an admission document stating the name, category and registration number of the establishment, the number or identification of the assigned accommodation, the number of people who will be occupying it, the arrival and departure dates, the agreed-upon meal plan, and, when contracted directly, the price of the accommodation. This admission document, completed in duplicate, must be signed by the interested party to formalize their admission, once they have been informed of these Regulations and their rights and obligations. The original will be given to the user, and the copy will remain with the establishment.

The complementary services offered and provided by this establishment or by other persons or entities are detailed at the reception desk, will be formalized in their corresponding documents, and will be paid according to the agreed conditions.

RULES OF LIVING AND OPERATION

4. User Rights and Obligations

Users may freely enter and remain in the establishment, subject to the limitations set forth in the rules of compliance indicated in section 1 and in these regulations. Users have the right to receive truthful and complete information prior to contracting the services offered. They have the right to ensure their safety, privacy, and peace of mind in these services; they have the right to be provided with an invoice, complying with the regulatory formalities, for the services contracted directly; and, if they wish to file a complaint, they have the right to be provided with complaint forms.

Users are obliged to observe the rules contained in these regulations, which they expressly accept upon signing the admission document, and those issued by Management regarding safety, coexistence, and hygiene, for the proper use of the establishment. Users must prove their status by showing their admission document when requested, respect the facilities and equipment of this establishment, and pay for the contracted services at the time of presentation of the invoice or according to the conditions agreed upon in accordance with Article 21 of the Decree Law. Filing a claim does not exempt them from the obligation to pay for the contracted services.

Inviting unregistered guests to the hotel's private areas is expressly prohibited.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Hotel Company

This establishment may request the assistance of law enforcement officers to remove from its premises any guests who violate these regulations, who attempt to access or remain there for a purpose other than normal hotel service use, and also, where appropriate, any guests who are not registered as guests, attendees of banquets, conventions, etc., or who incur in the situations provided for in section 2 above. Only registered persons may access the accommodation units, as provided in Article 2.e of the Decree-Law.

This establishment may request a payment guarantee for the contracted services, in accordance with applicable regulations, and may charge the corresponding amount to the user's account for damage or defects caused to the facilities, furniture, and elements of the establishment due to negligence or misuse.

It may also vary the hours of the various services for consumption, use, and enjoyment throughout the seasons, depending on the seasonality. It reserves the right to refuse admission to users outside of these hours, also when the maximum authorized capacity is exceeded or when requests are made within the admission limits, thereby affecting the work schedule of said services. The aforementioned services, along with details of their scheduled times, prices, and conditions of use, are posted at the entrances to the services and, in summary form, in the directories located in the accommodations. These directories also contain information on the emergency evacuation plan and the free services.

This establishment is obligated to publicize its prices as widely as possible at the reception desk and make them available to users. It is obligated to inform users, prior to contracting, of the conditions for providing the services and their prices. It is obligated to provide services of the highest quality, in accordance with their category and under the contracted terms. It is obligated to ensure that users are treated fairly. It is obligated to provide care and maintain the facilities and services in good condition. It is obligated to have complaint forms and inform users of their existence. It is obligated to provide users who cannot be served due to overbooking with accommodation in an establishment in the same area, of the same group, type of service (if applicable), specialty, and of an identical or higher category. Any expenses or surcharges arising from this cause will be borne by this establishment, which will otherwise refund any differences in its favor to the user.

6. Occupancy Periods for Accommodation Units

Users of this establishment have the right to occupy the accommodation unit from 2:00 PM on the first day of the contracted period until 12:00 PM on the day indicated as the departure date. However, on peak occupancy dates, the availability of the accommodation unit may be delayed by two hours. By agreement between the parties, a different occupancy regime for the accommodation units may be agreed upon, which, where applicable, must be reflected in the admission document. Extending the occupancy of the accommodation unit beyond the contracted period will result in the obligation to pay for an additional day. In the event that the user wishes to stay for more days than contracted and specified in the admission document, this must always be agreed upon by the parties.

7. Prices, Invoices, and Information

The general swimming pools, their furnishings, and the gardens within the establishment grounds are free of charge but are for the exclusive use of registered guests staying at the establishment.

The hotel establishment is not responsible for the price, nor for the use of utensils, fixtures, and other services provided outside the hotel premises, nor for the behavior of non-hotel staff, unless expressly stated in its terms and conditions.

The rates and conditions for the different accommodation options, catering services, bars, conference events, banquets, laundry, safe rentals, pool towel deposits, and complementary services provided by the hotel itself and by third-party individuals or entities are detailed at the reception desk and are available to guests upon request.

Accommodation rates will be billed on a per-day basis and based on the number of overnight stays. The minimum billing per accommodation will be the amount of one night or per-day, with the latter ending at 12 noon on the day following the check-in date.

The establishment may require its users, at any time and upon presentation of the invoice and supporting documents, to pay for services provided outside the accommodation, even if payment has been agreed in advance.

Legal entities or individuals who, on their own behalf, provide complementary services in the premises of this hotel establishment are responsible for their staff and their behavior, their operation, maintenance, pricing, and everything inherent to their own services. The owner of each of these premises will be clearly identified.

A directory with information on the prices of the most common services is also available in the accommodation units.

Invoices will only be provided for accommodations and services contracted directly by users.

USE AND ENJOYMENT OF FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT, AND SERVICES

8. Reception

The necessary procedures for admitting guests to the establishment will be carried out at the reception desk and the keys or cards for accessing the accommodations will be kept. Losing the key requires a reliable verification of the occupant's identity.

The Manager, along with the reception staff and, where applicable, the concierge, are responsible for all internal matters relating to the hotel establishment and for providing information and advice to guests.

9. Safe Deposit Boxes

A safe deposit box is available for rent in each accommodation. This service and its conditions of acceptance and use are indicated in the directories available at these accommodations. The establishment is not responsible for the loss of objects or valuables not deposited in these boxes.

10. Use of the Pool and Pool Area

Use of the pool is free and exclusively for guests staying at the hotel. Invitations to guests not staying at the hotel are not permitted under any circumstances and constitute grounds for termination of the service contract, in accordance with Article 2 of these regulations.

Reserving sun loungers is prohibited, and items occupying them will be removed without prior notice so they can be occupied by other guests. The hotel is not responsible for the loss or damage to unsupervised personal belongings.

Local regulations prohibit the use of floats, balls, and similar items, except for children's floats or swim rings, and diving headfirst or inverted is prohibited. Access to the pool stairs must be provided.
