Front line property centrally located, comprising 3 double bedrooms with double beds, single bedroom, 3 bathrooms, ("one ensuite"), air conditioning. Kitchen and large lounge, dining room with sunny terrace. Pool and garden facilities shared with 4 other apartments.

PRICES

LOW SEASON	:	€ 1500 Per Week	(November, *December, January, February and March.)
MID SEASON	:	€ 2250 Per Week	(*April, May and October.)
HIGH SEASON	:	€ 2750 Per Week	(June, July, August, September, Christmas and Easter.)

(*EXCLUDES EASTER, CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR)

LONG TERM RENTALS:

Four weeks or more will have a discounted rate, negotiated according to length of stay. Cleaning service is not provided. If cleaning is required, please discuss this with our staff at the time of reservation. Extra towels and sheets provided for stays of more than one week.

If your stay is less than 7 nights we will apply € 60 extra.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellation terms and conditions are as follows so travel insurance is strongly recommended:

The customer must pay 25% of the total reservation for confirmation, the rest will be paid upon arrival at the apartment, in cash, transfer or credit card. Cancellations received before 28 days prior to the day of arrival, refund of the total deposit previously charged (25% of the total). Cancellations received after the 28 days prior to the day of arrival, there will be no refund of the deposit collected. Cancellations received 48 hours before the reservation will be charged 100% of the stay if the customer does not show up, 100% of the stay will be charged
