PRICES

LOW SEASON	:	€ 850 (2-4p) P/W	(November, December*, January, February and March.)
MID SEASON	:	€ 1500 (2-4p) P/W	(April*, May and October.)
HIGH SEASON	:	€ 2000 (2-4p) P/W	(June, July, August, September, Christmas and Easter.)

(*Excludes Easter, Christmas/New Year)

CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellation terms and conditions are as follows so travel insurance is strongly recommended:

the customer must pay 25% of the total reservation for confirmation, the rest will be paid upon arrival at the apartment, in cash, transfer or credit card. Cancellations received before 28 days prior to the day of arrival, refund of the total deposit previously charged (25% of the total). Cancellations received after the 28 days prior to the day of arrival, there will be no refund of the deposit collected. Cancellations received 48 hours before the reservation will be charged 100% of the stay if the customer does not show up, 100% of the stay will be charged

GENERAL NOTES
