This compact, self contained, walk up duplex apartment on the first and second floors of a town house. Opposite Hotel Carabeo is extremely conveniently located in the town centre, within walking distance to all beaches and the Balcón de Europa.

FIRST FLOOR

Open plan sitting/dining area with “kitchenette” and small balcony. Ceiling fan and TV with limited UK terrestrial channels.

SECOND FLOOR

Two double bedroom, shower room. Air Conditioning.

PLEASE NOTE

The kitchen facilities are very basic and only intended for short term holiday lets – double hob, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The staircases are not suitable for very young children, the elderly or infirm.

PRICES

LOW SEASON	:	€ 300 Per Week	(November, December, January, February and March.)
MID SEASON	:	€ 450 Per Week	(April, May and October.)
HIGH SEASON	:	€ 650 Per Week	(June, July, August, September, Christmas and Easter.)

+ €35 cleaning charge for stays of less than 7 nights

For long stays of 4 weeks or more in winter, we offer discount on the listed rental rate according to the duration of stay. Electricity usage will be charged as extra.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Cancellation terms and conditions are as follows so travel insurance is strongly recommended:

the customer must pay 25% of the total reservation for confirmation, the rest will be paid upon arrival at the apartment, in cash, transfer or credit card. Cancellations received before 28 days prior to the day of arrival, refund of the total deposit previously charged (25% of the total). Cancellations received after the 28 days prior to the day of arrival, there will be no refund of the deposit collected. Cancellations received 48 hours before the reservation will be charged 100% of the stay if the customer does not show up, 100% of the stay will be charged

GENERAL NOTES
